Stand My Ground
Self Esteem is Volatile
True self-worth cannot fluctuate. We all have the same worth, so long as we have breath... Self-esteem, however, is volatile. Your self-esteem can be drained from you by allowing yourself to be treated as less of a person and replenished when you stand up for yourself and demand respect. You owe it to yourself to assert your rights as a human being... Even though it feels uncomfortable and even when it hurts. Doing this raises your self-esteem and causes others to treat you with the respect you deserve... In other words, don't take any bull __.
Intimidation
Are you ever intimidated by those who are higher up on the ladder than you? Intimidation is a product of not being confident in your own abilities. When you feel intimidated, this is a signal that you need to turn up your frequency to believe in your own abilities more. You may not be where that person is... but maybe that's not your route in life? Maybe you're on your way?
Intimidation does dirty things to your soul. It can make you bitter, envious and vengeful. Sometimes you are intimidated without knowing it. Look for warning signs that you are intimidated so you can purge wrong thought patterns and replace with better ways of thinking...

Hammer It!!!
HAMMER IT!!! Stop hitting everything but the nail. Now is the time to HAMMER the nail!!! Don't be afraid. Hammer it!!!
Don't Compare Yourself to Others
Comparing yourself to others is a dangerous battle that you will never, ever win. When you do this, you are cheating yourself in many ways. Our minds like to rank ourselves. We like to know where we stand in connection with our peers, but this can be taken too far, for several reasons. It's one of the worst things you can do to yourself. If you get into the habit of comparing yourself to those around you, you will fail in life, because success is not found in comparisons, but in doing the best that you can with the life you are given.
You are not in competition with anyone on earth. Your life is yours and yours alone to live. Everyone is at a different place, and you never know what someone else is really going through, so it's best to just keep your eyes ahead of you, not looking to the left or to the right.
Chances are very good that you are comparing yourself using irrational, unfair criteria.
Focus on competition has always been a formula for mediocrity. ~ @DanielBurrus
One of the reasons we compare ourselves to others is we are under the impression, either real or imagined, that the person with whom we are competing is in some way superior to us.

Don't Settle
Don't settle for "GOOD ENOUGH." You deserve the best! RAISE your expectations... Don't let the fear of loss keep you in situations that diminish you. You are a special, valuable, precious person. No matter what you lose or let go of, you will go on to survive and THRIVE...
Let go of Good Enough--Grab hold of hope in your future, in yourself, in your value and your worth. Great things are coming, once Good Enough gets out of the way...
Let go and Grab Hold!!!

Every Single Bingle Tingle Thought
by dotJenna
Like I say, if you are serious about breaking-through in your life, then you need to start analyzing the thoughts that are going on in your mind. I'm talking every single tingle bingle thought, and even your dreams too! You need to do an inventory of your thoughts and watch what you are saying to yourself. These thoughts make up your life. These thoughts are the building blocks to your identity, your success, or lack thereof.
Your life is RULED by your thoughts!
Some people choose not to think at all... They use automatic thinking that is disparaging and negative. Some people tear themselves down repeatedly with their own thoughts, then wonder why they fall short in life. I'm here to tell you, your life is a product of your thoughts. Good thoughts? Good Life. Bad thoughts? Bad Life. It's that simple.
If you want to rule your life and excel to greatness, then you must commit to maintaining a level of consciousness about what is going on. Staying awake. Staying aware.
It makes sense that we should examine our thoughts and start to challenge thoughts that are untrue and keeping us bound-up in mediocrity or failure.
(1) self-evaluated thoughts,
(2) thoughts about the evaluations of others,
(3) evaluative thoughts about the other person with whom they are interacting,
(4) thoughts about coping strategies and behavioral plan,
(5) thoughts of avoidance, and
(6) any other thoughts that were not categorized.
Think about these Automatic Thoughts and how you are relying on certain thought loops to make decisions in your life about yourself and the world around you. Make an inventory of your thoughts, especially those which seem most disruptive to your life right now...
The only way you can break free and get to the next level is to set your mental "frequency" to a higher level. In order to do that, you must challenge these automatic, negative, self-sabotaging thoughts.
